We are Thomas Hollaus, a trained chef from the Pinzgau, and Eva Schevers, a Dutch native with roots in Schalkwijk. Together with our blended family, we live in Walchen. What unites us is the vision of taking people on a new, sustainable journey of enjoyment<\/b>.
